Twitch Extension Privacy Notice
Tiny Pet Tamagochi Overlay — a fishing game with your virtual pet inside the Twitch player

This notice covers the Tiny Pet Twitch Extension (“the Extension”). It supplements the general Tiny Pet Privacy Policy (in Russian), which covers the whole service; if the two differ on anything about the Extension, this notice applies. We process Twitch data in line with the Twitch Developer Services Agreement.

2. What the Extension receives from Twitch

If you never grant identity access, the Extension only shows a login screen and makes no requests to our servers.
3. Game data
Once you play, we store your game account: pet, level and stats, fishing catches, in-game currencies (coins, gems) and inventory, a history of game actions (for fairness and anti-cheat), and leaderboard positions. In-game currencies have no cash value; the Extension offers no purchases for real money.
4. What stays in your browser
The Extension uses your browser's Local Storage (keys starting with tinypet.) only to remember the widget position, size, minimized state and display settings. It sets no cookies and contains no trackers.
5. Server logs
Our servers log IP address, browser user agent and request time for security and abuse prevention. Access tokens passed in request addresses are masked in these logs. Security logs are kept for 6 months, technical logs for 30 days.
6. Sharing
- We do not sell or rent your data and do not use it for advertising.
- Your in-game name and results are public on leaderboards and may be announced in stream chats of channels where Tiny Pet is active.
- Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf.
- We may disclose data if required by law.
7. Retention and deletion

To delete your data — including after you revoke Tiny Pet's access in your Twitch settings — email joemojet@gmail.com with your Twitch username. We delete the account and all Twitch data linked to it within 30 days and confirm by email. We also delete Twitch data on Twitch's request.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your data, a copy in machine-readable form (JSON), correction or deletion, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to joemojet@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. EU residents may also contact their national data protection authority.
9. Children
Tiny Pet is intended for users aged 13 and over, in line with Twitch's own age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. Changes
We will update the effective date above when this notice changes and announce material changes on the website.
